Bailout the augmentation industry?

With all the industries clamoring for help I think a good candidate for some billions would be the augmentation industry don't you? We certainly want to support, er, that is uplift, uh, I mean prevent any sagging, well that is to say, any deflationary, umm, perhaps it's just simpler to say we don't want to see any shrinkage in this vital American enterprise. Don't you agree?
