sounds to me like he is trying to get child support stopped. dont fall for it. your baby deserves a father not a sperm donor. if he didnt care before and now he cares after you filed child support then he is trying to get out of it. tell him no to the bday dinner, let him be in the baby's life but be careful too. tell him the only way yall will talk is about the baby and nothing else
