I am a US CITIZEN and i have applied for form I-130 for my wife and stepson and uscis have recently denied it?

they have given me 30 days to appeal the decision of the inmmigration officer and right now i am very hard up for cash to afford a lawyer, my wife is already living with me in the US. does anyone know the consequences of what could happen if they totally deny the 1-130 does that also mean that they also cancel her work authorization? are there any other alternatives? like reapplying for the 1I-130? any websites that have seful information
